Testing laboratory
A UL-assessed lab for high-voltage, insulation-resistance, contact-resistance, weatherability and vibration testing — with power meters, a climatic chamber, Glow-Wire apparatus and spectrum analyzers.
Research & Development
A DSIR-recognised R&D department specialising in IP-based Smart PDUs, electronic components, wire-harness solutions and solar products, built around international standards and certifications.
Tool room
EDM wire-cut, EDM spark and CNC milling machines (Fanuc Wire-Cut & Spark Erosion) for plastic injection moulds and progressive press tools.
Plastic injection moulding
Machines from 15 to 300 tons producing approximately 7 million components every month.
Metal stamping
Press capacities from 16T to 80T for precision stamped parts.
Electroplating
In-house nickel, tin, zinc and silver plating.
Assembly
